- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, half the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and seasonings.
