  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and green chiles.
  3. Warm the tortillas and fill each with the chicken mixture and cheese.
  4. Roll the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
