- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups Chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
