  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups Chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Chanterelle mushrooms and sauté until soft.
