  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and Cajun seasoning, then pour in the chicken broth.
