  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and squash, and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in the thyme and remove from heat.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream, then stir in the cheese.
  7. Combine the vegetable mixture with the egg mixture and pour into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tart is set and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
