- 1 medium butternut squash
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Peel and cube the butternut squash and sweet potatoes.
