  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flatbread flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
  2. Add yogurt and melted butter, mixing until combined.
  3. Slowly add warm water to the mixture and knead until a soft dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  6. Roll out each ball into an oval shape.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Brush with melted butter and garnish with chopped coriander.
