  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Cook until fragrant, then add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
  4. Stir and let tomatoes cook down for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, mixing it with the tomatoes and garlic.
  6. Remove from heat and add the burrata cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
