Burrata Bruschetta

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and balsamic glaze.
  6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Once the bread is toasted, top each slice with the tomato mixture and a generous amount of burrata cheese.
