A delicious twist on a classic cheesesteak that incorporates buffalo chicken and turkey bacon for an irresistible flavor.

  • 1 pound buffalo chicken, shredded
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until soft.
  3. Add the shredded buffalo chicken and turkey bacon to the skillet.
  4. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  5. Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with the buffalo chicken mixture.
