1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, red onion, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
This dip can be made a day in advance for easier entertaining.
