Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the garlic sauce.
  3. In a pan, heat the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add the steamed broccoli and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Toss well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
