  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the Boursin cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the cheeses are melted and fully combined.
  5. Fold in the cooked macaroni and chopped turkey bacon until well coated.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
