  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread cubes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries.
  6. Let it sit for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
