Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

A delicious and indulgent breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine biscuits cut into quarters, crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or bell peppers.
  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated overnight before baking.
