  • 2 packs ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso and layer them in a dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat layers and finish with cocoa powder on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
