- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 10 tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas, then half of the beef mixture, followed by 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with tortillas and the remaining cheese on top.
