  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  4. Combine both mixtures until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices.
  7. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add more sugar.
