Baked Feta Eggs Recipe

A delicious baked feta eggs recipe with the perfect combination of turkey bacon and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 150 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the olive oil, spinach, and turkey bacon and mix well.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish and crack the eggs over the top.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
