  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough into a greased baking sheet, making dimples with your fingers.
  7. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top and sprinkle with rosemary.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
