- 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- In a large bowl, marinate chicken pieces with curry powder, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and bell pepper for at least 1 hour.
