  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apples, dried cranberries, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.
