- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, both sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
