  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, sugar, vanilla extract, almond butter, and coconut cream.
  2. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
