12 large pasta shells
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
Place the stuffed shells in the air fryer basket and top with marinara sauce.
Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon for a richer flavor.
Add additional spices for more zest if preferred.
