Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the pumpkin wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
  4. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
