  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Preheat the Air Fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Place the cheesecake in the Air Fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, let it cool before adding cherry pie filling on top.
