Ingredients

  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  7. In a pan, sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened.
  8. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
  9. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and sliced chicken.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
