  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, and lime juice.
  3. Set up a breading station: one bowl for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko.
  4. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
  7. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  8. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce.
