  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender, about 5 minutes.
